If I Have a Small Problem?

you have a problem, our General Manager Al McNamara is very capable of
sorting out any issues you may have If you want escalate the
issue I’m the owner (Charlie Coleman), and I’m here on
a regular basis.
Are
You Worried That We’ll Do Any Unauthorized Work?
Good
question. Coleman Auto has a simple policy. We only do the work after
we receive your permission to proceed.
Will
Your Work Void My Manufactures Warranty?
We
get asked that question quite a bit. The answer is NO! And don’t let
a dealer make you think otherwise. Dealers make a lot of money
repairing cars. Just look at their hourly charge and you’ll know
what we mean. Anyway, all the parts that Coleman Auto use meet or
exceed the manufacturer’s design specifications so letting us work
on your car does NOT void your warranty! In fact, there are
maintenance requirements that need to be performed in order to keep
your warranty valid. Items such as oil changes, transmission fluid
flushes etc. and we will do for less money than the dealer.
